I think it all comes down to personal preferences. Usually I am a very slow paced and careful player in Sit'n'Gos, trying to wait to see a pattern in some players or for someone to stick out his neck too far when I have a good hand and then act. Patience is the key for that and for me only Micro Stake Tables work for that matter since my bankroll isn't big enough to allow me to play conservatively on medium or high stakes.
However I am only a very small fish with limited experience (due to lack of time), so I am sure there will be more valuable information coming from some veteran player soon, once this forum really gets started (don't forget, today is still the first day
