Hi Gonnie,
I play a lot live poker and have to say that I have seen the craziest hands, beating solid hands.
It happens online and it happens live, the difference is that when you play online (and sometimes on 4 or so tables at once) you get to play loads more hands than live - and thus you will see more amazing things happen.
My brother in law played on the bubble for at least 1000 Euro a little while ago and got eliminated by a one outer.
No matter what, the odds will always be in your favor over the long haul. Nothing's going to change that... luckily.
Last night I was playing on
bwin (which is my homebase lately) and saw the craziest things. For a couple of days I could not loose, but yesterday I was beaten for a big pot 3 times during 1 hour with a full house over my straight, all 3 times I've bet big on the turn and got called to be sucked out on the river
If things like these happen, then it's allways better to take a break

(which I should have done LOL).
Fortunately, I only play 15c/30c NL shorthanded so the damage wasn't too bad.
If you ever wanna see me playing, send me a PM and I will let you know my screen name.
Cheers,
Giorgio
