Advice needed on withdrawrall

help, being new to the world of online poker and banking, i now find myself in the position of being lucky enough to have a bankroll i want to withdraw and enjoy..
i have yet only deposited using a specially aquired 'prepay' credit card for the safty aspect of both not being able to run up a debt and sucurity of course.
now, knowing there are many players out there with more onlne experiance than myself i am in need of your imput as to the best,safests,cheapest, and quickest ways to to both withdraw winnings as not to leave to much unguarded in a poker site and to be able to redistribute my bankroll to other sites in order to collect those all important first deposit bonuses.
