Advice On Neteller Please

Hi, ive just opened a neteller account, (basic at the moment) and was looking to get three questions answered if possible.
i want to use it to transfer bankroll from 'DOYLES' to 'TITAN' so i can both play in tonites added leaderboard tourney and take advantage of the first deposit bonus.

1. will this cost me? ie; if i withdraw $20 from doyles will i be able to deposit $20 at titan?

2.will there be a delay before this transaction will be completed? ie; will i manage this in time for tonites tourney

3. is this the best way to do this type of thing?

LOL if this isnt going to hapen in time, anyone feel like doing a player transfer, say i transfer to you in doyles and you transfer to me in Titan..



just tried this... typical.... can only withdraw by neteller if u have made a deposit that way... bestpoker... quick to take your money but they dont want you to take it out that quick... ive had to resort to the six day expensive bank transfer method, so wont be in tnites tourney.... bugga

2. Depends per poker room, usually a cash-out must be approved by their financial department.

That's with all methods and all rooms have that policy or security reasons. Don't forget there is a lot of money flowing in this industry.
