Angry The Problem With Sit Outs

Hi guys
I play in a few MTTs and find it very frustrating when people register and dont even play.

They are still sitting there after the first hour with chips, Hoping they crawl into the money...what is the point in this?

Is there any table etiquette whereby you can join forces with other players to wipe them out? I appreciate at times you may fold the best hand but i feel that is is a blight on online poker.

Maybe the sites should develop software to just not enter players if they are not logged in at the time of starting. i think a site has this facility but cant remember which one. i find it is most prevalent in freerolls.

IT IS MOST ANNOYING WHEN YOU PLAY AND GO OUT AND THE SITOUTS ARE ALL STILL IN.

When it does get to there last hand they always seem to win with 2 7 as well just to prolong my frustraion!!!!!!
Any thoughts on this?

Regards
rob

Hey Rob,

I don't agree with you. Instead of you, I really like to pick up their blinds
I understand this problem happens most in freerolls and cheap buy-in tournaments, but the level I usually play I hardly see this.

One thing I do hate is loosing to people who move their chips in at any risk when a tourney has unlimited re-buys. Though, I love to grow my stack that way on the opposite side

Anyway, good luck tonight!

Giorgio

PS: I haven't been able to ship your T-shirt yet. I will try to do it this week.

Agree with you on the rebuy tourneys that is the one reason i avoid them at all cost!!!

I appreciate the taking of the blinds but still a bit annoying when you play at a table with only 3 playing
cheers
rob

I guess, if you watch your back in the first few levels you and get through them, the game starts getting better, even in freerolls. Our freerolls are a bit more serious, as they usually are part of our leader board.

I don't appreciate it when people sign up and don't play if it's a league format--and they register just to get some more points, even while they're not really there. I was in a private freeroll recently where the sitouts made the final table and cashed lol (partly because the blinds went up slowly)--that's lame. On some sites if you miss too many hands, you're automatically out of the tournament I think.
