Default CD Poker 30-04-08 19:00 GMT

Fellows,

We have added an extra $70 to the prize pool, making a total of $170 for the low buy-in of $1.10. Also, all players playing will receive an entry token into our next freeroll at CD Poker, which will not be password protected, but restricted.

More info in this thread on page 2.

Cheers,

G

quick response to the idea Giorgio..
i do believe this will lead to a better poker experience for all..
less kids, more realistic poker play ect ect.
i do hope enough people have got to know about this at this short notice.. should be fun..

best bit being, now the password whores have to invest to play, ..
the playing field is level so to speak, and this should get rid of that attitude of playing stupidly loose just to on the off chance of getting a playing stack.. i refer to the reasons given by 'silent' for his style of play in his reply to yourself..

regards
Sean

It's indeed a little on a short notice, so let's see where this goes.

I will follow up tomorrow and think about it some more in the mean time. Any idea is welcome.

one more thing i came accross the other night..
it came to my attention that one player (member) was playing multiple accounts in the same freeroll and was actively passing funds from one to another when the situation was right.. he could afford to play loose with one whilst keeping the other tight.. he claimed to have six accounts in the same game, howver i can only be certain of two... this was witnessed by another pff member i know . i was obviously not happy..

Report that to the poker room asap. In cases of even the slightest suspicion it is wise to get in touch with the poker room. It will never do any harm. Players colluding or people with multiple accounts should be taken care of, as they are a threat to honest players.

Sorry guys, unfortunately it was cancelled. Only 3 players from the limit this time. Let this be the last cancelled added tourney from now on. I will work on a general announcement that we will have restricted freerolls starting in May and that we will add more value to our added tourneys, like tonight.

Giorgio
