I agree with most of that. But... the times have been wrong repeatedly now. Sure, you'll always have teething problems and make mistakes. But you really should be learning from those mistakes after a while.

But enough bitching. (Sorry, Admin.) Too many other tourneys to play to be hung up on this one...

To all, I guess...

When we request a freeroll we sent the poker rooms an e-mail with all the variables, including date and time (in GMT).

Sometimes, the people who have to set it up make a mistake, hey... fuck it, shit happens you know, especially with time zone differences and day light savings.

I am really surprised that many visitors of Poker For Free complain about it, while we have two or more events per week... and if 1 out of every 20 is cancelled, then I think you should just deal with it. For God sake... IT'S FREE!!! If you're a PFF member for a bit longer, you should also be aware of the fact that all our candelled events get rescheduled.

I also see someone mentioning that we should release the password earlier. To give a plain and simple answer: "releasing the password earlier will only result in 500+ registrations, mostly password hunters, freeroll whores and webmasters who run crappy sites who post OUR password in their forums because they can't afford their own freerolls." Trust me, we've seen it all.

So... yeah, tomorrow I will contact my guy at PN and request him to reschedule this event, most probably for Tuesday. That's all WE can do, but YOU shouldn't complain, because once again..... IT'S FREE

Cheers,

G

PS: One positive thing about this is that we finally see some activity in the forum

As i mentioned i think we are all spoilt on here and the odd cock up is acceptable to all who regularly use the site.
As you say at least we get some comments on the forum even if it is just complaints..
