What's cooking on Poker For Free?

A little while ago, just before the summer, I was told that it might be a good idea to take a break from PFF. Everything that comes around on the Poker For Free website, I take very personal. Every time something went wrong, I felt miserable, even though it wasn't my mistake!

But you really don't think I was sitting still, do you! Poker For Free is me and I love myself a whole lot, so I have improved myself!!!

I had the opportunity (and time) to develop a completely new website, including many new stunning features, thanks to my friends over at Max Poker Bonus. I was actually helping them out developing cool features for their site, when I thought that some of those features would be nice to introduce on the PFF site as well. Since I am a small shareholder of their site, an agreement could easily be accomplished.

So, the word is out..... For the past three weeks I have been developing the new Poker For Free and it's almost ready to launch!

There will be a lot of new stuff, like a brand new blog (including the option to post comments), a new tournament feed (updated live + a nice filter), a new freeroll feed (which is not completely ready, but will kick ass for sure) and a much improved way to present content.

Everything you know, will be back in the new site, only better. Besides, I have finally found someone that helps me blog on daily basis, meaning you will see new poker related news each day.

Also, there will be more updated content every month. I have signed a contract for (unique and quality) content with a very experienced poker player, who will write about poker strategies for the most popular variants of the game!

As soon as the new site's completely ready to launch, I will publish the links to all new stuff, so make sure to keep an eye on Poker For Free this weekend!

This sounds like a great development for us regulars to PFF.
As for the poker strategies i cant wait to read up on them and (hopefully) improve my game!!!!!!!!
Maybe this will get us a lot more traffic as i think the site is very undervalued by the members.

I have worked very hard, almost all weekend... but there is still quite some work left for the new version of PFF. This week I will leave to Philadelphia and New York, so my only hope is tomorrow, though I don't count on getting the new site done before I leave. I will be back next week, so if I don't release the new site tomorrow, it will be in the first week of September.

And Rob, Max Poker Bonus is basically a German poker site Trust me, PFF will be just as good when the new site gets out!

Also, Sean and Frank, good to see you guys back in the forums as well!
